Mr. Dinegar reached out to all of those in attendance and shared with them the employment outlook in the DC Metro area. He touched on a number of key areas — with Transportation and the Greening of the area, offering the greatist opportunities. He said it is always an advantge to be the first through the door — get your resume in the hands of the recruter ASAP, don’t wait. In a truly outstanding effort on his part Mr. Dineger took the time to ask those in attendance what they wanted and then gave each a targeted response. In many cases the name of an individual who may be able to help was offered.
This was an outstandign example of what 40Plus is all about — great work.

Let me second that . . . Mr. Dinegar really charged up the whole group, staying about 30 minutes over his planned time to listen to every attendee’s 30-second TMAY and offer a bit of feedback or advice. We all left with a little something special after this one.
